Full job description Our Lead Hand is an experienced role that is familiar with all aspects of high-quality landscaping. This role will lead by example and be a positive influence on a crew, reporting to our Foreman. They will work closely with both experienced and less-experienced team members and be expected to assist in training best practices, while maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and our customers.
