Community and Services Navigator

Full job description St. Albert Family Resource Centre is a non-profit organization serving families in St. Albert and the surrounding communities since 1982. Our mission is strengthening families through meaningful and educational programming in a safe and supportive environment. We are currently looking for a full-time Community and Services Navigator. The Navigator is responsible for incoming and outgoing referrals connecting clients to the appropriate services ensuring that barriers to service are
