Taproom Server / Barista
Full job description
We are looking for experienced part-time taproom server / barista staff to join our small, fun, dynamic team!
Our brewery and café is a welcoming place where people gather, socialize and enjoy craft beer and coffee. We are looking for team members that are as excited as we are about great beer / coffee and are passionate about creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent hospitality and create genuine connections with customers
- Take orders from customers while providing informed recommendations on beer, coffee and food
- Preform stocking, prep, and maintain cleanliness within the taproom.
- Complete side duties as assigned by taproom manager.
- Assist co-workers as necessary in order to provide the best possible experience for the guest
- Ensure all opening, closing, and shift changeover duties are completed daily
- Preform minor cooking
Skill Set/Experience
- Previous experience serving/bartending/barista in a fast paced restaurant is a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Preform efficiently in a high paced environment
- Must have energetic, enthusiast, and positive attitude
- ProServe Certification is required
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $15.00 per hour
