Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, from staff management to cash handling and food safety and food preperation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development.
  • Handle cash management, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
  • Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure cleanliness and organization.

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Excellent team management abilities with a focus on motivating staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to hospitality excellence.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • A background in cooking or culinary are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.14-$25.99 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
