We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development.
- Handle cash management, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent team management abilities with a focus on motivating staff.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to hospitality excellence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- A background in cooking or culinary are required.

Pay: $19.14-$25.99 per hour
