As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and taste are consistently met.
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and improve existing recipes.
• Help manage inventory by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficient in food preparation techniques with experience in a kitchen environment.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.05-$19.00 per hour
