Join Our Turf Team!
We’re looking for dedicated, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our Turf Team for the 2025 season. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a strong attention to detail, and can rise with the sun, we want to hear from you. Shifts start as early as 5 AM, with flexible full-time and part-time seasonal positions available.
Great Job for Students – Apply in Advance
This position is ideal for students looking for a summer job. We offer start dates to accommodate different school schedules:
- University and college students finishing their semester in late April are welcome to start as soon as they are available.
- High school students who finish classes at the end of June can begin work at that time.
- Early applications are encouraged, and hiring decisions may be made in advance to secure positions before the season starts.
Full-Time Seasonal Positions Available
In addition to summer positions for students, we are also hiring full-time seasonal staff to start in early April and work through to the end of October. These positions offer steady hours and consistent work throughout the entire golf season, making them ideal for individuals looking for longer-term seasonal employment.
Full-time turf staff play a key role in course preparation and maintenance from early spring through late fall, ensuring top playing conditions throughout the season. If you are looking for hands-on, outdoor work with reliable hours and a great team environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Bunker maintenance: Raking and regular upkeep
- Mowing: Greens, tees, fairways, rough areas, and approaches
- Small equipment operation: Push mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, etc.
- Daily course setup and cleanup
- General maintenance tasks: Raking, shoveling, sweeping, sodding, and other manual work
- Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent
What We’re Looking For
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting 20-40 lbs and being on their feet all day
- Available for early morning shifts, starting as early as 5 AM
- Weekend availability required, including while in school
- Access to reliable transportation

Schedule and Availability
- Eight-hour shifts
- Morning shifts starting as early as 5 AM
