Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

$ 36.00 per hour/30 hours per week Permanent full time position Dental/Vision/Health benefits provided after 400 hours of employment.
Must have at least one year of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of auto scrubber, vacuum cleaners and snow blower. Must have at least one year of experience in floor maintenance like stripping and waxing.

Tasks and responsibilities include training and supervision of cleaners, site inspection, assisting cleaners in performing their duties, inspection and maintenance of cleaning and snow removal equipment. It is the candidate's responsibility that the cleaning crew are adhering to the accepted standards set by the client/s.
