We’re excited to welcome a Part-Time Mental Health Office Assistant to our team. What you’ll do:
- Your role will be a mix of front-line client interaction and behind-the-scenes support, including:
- Greeting clients and helping them feel comfortable when they arrive.
- Administering and scoring psychological questionnaires.
- Assisting with workshops and group therapy sessions.
- Helping with scheduling, phone calls, and emails.
- Organizing intake paperwork, records, and other admin tasks.
- Supporting clinicians with day-to-day office needs.
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in clinical or counselling psychology, social work, educational psychology, or a related field.
Students in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree (with plans for graduate training) are also welcome to apply.
Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Great communication skills and a warm, professional presence with clients.
Tech-friendly (comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
Respectful of confidentiality and ethics in a clinical setting.
The details:
Part-time hours – 24 hours per week (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM) Tuesday - Friday
Start date: September 15, 2026
Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus health benefits
