As small business owners and leaders we can sometimes feel “alone in the wilderness”. When we run up against challenges, who do we go to when we need to talk out big decisions and next steps? As a result of the Pandemic nothing is as it was before. For some of us this is a crisis we never imagined, and for others it may be a time to pause, restore our purpose and find the clarity we need to move forward.
