The path of least resistance isn't always best. Challenge is good! We often improve when pushing our limits. By workday, I am an engineer and business owner. By holiday, I am an ultra-endurance mountain biker. From cycling 4400km from Banff to Mexico along the Continental Divide to carrying my bike through the Grand Canyon, please join me as I share challenges, the lessons learned and hopefully, you will be inspired to Do Hard Things!
