Joy has been working within the immigration industry since 2005, starting her career at the Consulate General of Canada's office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Joy worked in a variety of administrative and support roles within the Consulate for more than 5 years.
After emigrating to Canada, Joy began working at a busy 30 year-old immigration law company in 2015 as the Immigration Counsellor, co-consulting and overseeing the administrative processes within the business.
