To The Company Vision
In a privately-owned business, the identification of the Organization Vision is not handled democratically. The Company Vision must be in alignment with the long-term dreams of the business owner(s). Owners must confirm that the Organization Vision is in alignment with their Personal Vision. Otherwise, they will not be the catalyst to make the Organization Vision happen. Join me in a coaching conversation as we explore your Personal Vision and begin the alignment process with your Organizational Vision.

Mr. Chris Breen is a coach, facilitator, business strategist, and the CEO and owner of The Alternative Board (TAB) Edmonton North-West franchise. TAB Edmonton North-West launched in November 2020 and is servicing the Edmonton City Center and metro areas North and West of the city’s North Saskatchewan River valley, including St. Albert, Acheson, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain.
Chris brings over 25 years of diverse Western Canadian and international process industry experience. Mr. Breen has created success through a focus on leadership development, coaching, mentoring, business management, and an intentional, purpose driven growth mindset.
In addition to his business experience, Chris earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Auckland in New Zealand, is a John Maxwell© Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker and is a trained facilitator and coach through The Alternative Board (TAB) International in Denver, Colorado.
Chris lives in the community of Parkland County and enjoys acreage living and working with animals, gardening, golfing, team sports and enjoying life with his wife and children.
