Thomas has been involved in the legal tech industry for most of his professional life. Before joining DealPrep, Thomas worked as a legal research analyst for Cobalt Lawyers, a technology law firm, and the business development lead for Clausehound, a knowledge management firm. Thomas is also a chapter organizer for Toronto Legal Hackers, a global movement of lawyers, policymakers and technologists who explore and develop creative solutions to pressing issues at the intersection of law and technology

Josh Fegles has been with Palo Alto Software since 2015 where he oversees the government and academic sales relationships with our customers and partners. He works with professors, educators, directors, mentors, advisors and consultants at all levels and is involved with several entrepreneurial organizations such as InBIA, ASBDC, NC SBCN, NACCE, AWBC, GCEC, VBOC, and USASBE. He has been an active entrepreneur since 2011, and was introduced to LivePlan through a business planning course taken at Portland Community College with the Small Business Development Center.
