Are you looking to hire? The training-on-the-job (TOJ) program helps workers find new careers and supports employers like you with wage subsidies and protection from costs of re-injury. The worker develops skills and gains work experience while you receive financial assistance from WCB during the training period.  

During this session you will learn about the Training-on-the-Job (TOJ) program as well as the WCB Job Connections website where you can post the jobs you are recruiting for.

The Presenters
Sanjeev Bhagrath & Kim Bartch

Sanjeev Bhagrath has been with WCB for 11 years and worked in various roles: Adjudication, Case Management, Claims Resource Team Case Manager, Visiting Specialist’s Clinic Coordinator and Industry Specialist. I have been an Industry Specialist for 4 years and work with the following Industries: municipalities, continuing care, oil and gas, airlines, Government of Alberta, Government of Canada, and universities.

Kim Bartch has been with WCB for just 12.5 years and worked as an Adjudicator, Case Manager, Claims Resource Team Case Manager, Quality Analyst, Claims Auditor, and Industry Specialist. I have been an Industry Specialist for 1 year and work with the following Industries: municipalities, continuing care, retail and not-for-profit organizations.
