Description
Your quotes, invoices, job costs and sales already hold the answers to your biggest questions: which jobs make money, which quotes are worth chasing, when cash will get tight. Most owners never have time to dig them out.
In this two-hour, hands-on session, Rachel [surname] and automation builder Zach Moir of Day Studio show how AI agents pull those numbers together, flag what matters and draft the follow-up, with you approving every step that counts. You'll analyze real-format business data yourself, watch a working trades workflow built live, and leave with a map for your first automation.
Built for trades, construction and field-service businesses, and just as useful for retail and service owners who want to run on better numbers. Our November 19 session is a helpful warm-up but not required.
You'll leave with
- Answers from real-format business data, and a quick way to check the AI's numbers before you act on them
- A working example of an agent that turns quotes, job costs and invoices into a weekly decision brief
- A map for your first automation: what starts it, what it does, and who approves it
Bring: A laptop. Sample data is provided; you're welcome to bring your own sales or job-cost export with names and account numbers removed.
