Committed to delivering innovative asset integrity solutions to Municipalities, Engineering firms and Infrastructure companies bringing over 25 years of specialized experience. Key Expectations:
· Create and execute effective sales strategies that ensure high productivity and consistent performance.
· Use a multifaceted approach to develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline, consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.
· Utilize a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies to drive growth and continuously improve sales performance.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of successfully prospecting and acquiring new business.
· Experience selling into municipal water infrastructure departments considered an asset.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot) considered an asset.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and draft RFPs.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer usage.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Frequent travel within Western Canada is required to meet with clients, with an estimated travel percentage of approximately 25-30%

- Pay: salary plus $75,000 – $90,000 Depending on experience, + commissions
