Riverbank E-Bikes is looking for a Rental Associate for our St. Albert location. The person will be the face of the company and will be interacting with the public and customers.  The successful candidate with need to be an outgoing person that is not afraid to approach people to increase sales. Professional appearance will be required at all times, wearing company logoed shirt, neatly kept and welcoming.
 
Critical Aspects of the Role:
1)Must be able to work all weekends and holidays. Rentals will be closed on weekdays unless there is a group booking.  The successful candidate must be available on weekdays if groups book rentals
2)Valid drivers licence is required
3)Ability to load and unload trailer with bikes. Physically demanding. Test run will be required prior to hire.
4)Ability to pull a trailer with a ¼ or ½ ton truck. Test run will be required prior to hire.
5)Ability to back up and park a trailer effectively. Test run will be required prior to hire.
6)Given the nature of the position it is considered a safety sensitive position and drug and alcohol screen is required.
7)Driver abstract from RCMP is required
8)Criminal record check is required
9)Ability to complete maintenance checks on bikes before each use and correct issue. Previous experience repairing bicycles is a requirement
10)Ability to use a computer & Microsoft excel efficiently
11)Must be comfortable working outside for the duration of the position.  Hours worked is weather dependant.
12)Reference from previous employer is mandatory
 
 
Hourly Rate: Minimum wage
Overtime: Minimal OT is expected, however it is a possibility
