Job Description
We are looking to hire a contract position part time in-office client coordinator at our St. Albert location. At this location you can benefit from available amenities such as free parking as well as an onsite gym and daycare. The role of client care coordinator is essential to the operation of our clinic both virtually and in person. Job responsibilities for this role include: management of the front desk operations including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls and emails. We would also ask you to assist management in maintaining stock levels of refreshments and supplies to support a productive and comfortable workspace. As a client care coordinator you will be required to verify insurance and submit claims on behalf of clients and correspond with third party payers. We also expect our staff to be detail oriented in maintaining client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Experience maintaining high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client care, preference will be given to those with a background in psychology.
- Familiarity with Jane App and insurance is an asset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of google business platform (drive and gmail)
- Proven ability to work independently and utilize critical thinking skills
- Flexible and positive personality with an initiative to take on various tasks
