Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves fostering curiosity, encouraging creativity, and promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere that helps children grow and develop at their own pace.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate learning and development.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment where children can explore and engage.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe and assess children’s developmental milestones and provide feedback to parents.
• Promote positive behaviors and guide children in conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the program.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• A passion for teaching and making a difference in children’s lives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
