The St. Albert and Sturgeon Primary Care Network (SASPCN) is looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director, Board of Directors, and leadership team. This individual will work on-site at our St. Albert location.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working within governance frameworks, and familiar with Robert’s Rules of Order and board/committee meeting procedures. Anticipating needs and offering proactive support will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the Executive Director, including proactive calendar management, correspondence, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, briefing notes, and meeting packages for board and committee meetings
  • Track follow-up actions and support timely decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records and electronic filing systems
  • Support event and project coordination as needed
  • Support enrolment of physician members and nurse practitioners

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in office administration
  • Ability to type 60 – 65 WPM (testing may be required)

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in a related EA role
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office/m365, including Microsoft SharePoint
  • Background in supporting Corporate Registry filings or maintaining legal corporate records

Salary:
Range for this position is $50,076-63,433.50 per year plus benefits
