Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Course Coordinator Assistant for a full-time summer role. This position supports our training and education teams with program delivery and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and classroom support
- Track student attendance and help manage course files
- Communicate with students and ensure access to training resources
- Support intake and registration processes
- Help coordinate graduation and end-of-program activities
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic educational tech tools
Additional Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to the office
- Must be available full-time for the duration of the summer
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
