Bookkeeper - Part Time
Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for the company, including but not limited to:
- Recording financial transactions in QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online accounting software
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing payroll and ensuring accurate payroll tax calculations
- Conducting account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper in accounting or bookkeeping firm
- Proficiency in accounting software - QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Dext
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Familiarity with payroll processing and payroll tax calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Manage multiple client's deadlines
Qualifications:
Must have 5+ years of experience working in accounting or bookkeeping firm.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Education:
- Accounting Diploma (2 year program)

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 22.5 per week
