Criteria for participating businesses
  *Winter-themed window display
  *Creative and innovated displays
  *Originality and overall atmosphere     

Judging will take place between Wednesday, November 28th and Friday, November 30th
Winners will be announced the night of the Snowflake Festival

Prizes must be accepted as awarded
· Prizes have no cash value
· Prizes are for new ad insertions only
· Contest is open to all businesses located in the Downtown Perron District
