Does the idea of providing accommodations and improving accessibility in your workplace seem like a large undertaking? It doesn't have to be.
Attend this workshop to explore how to optimize accessibility within your workplace by leveraging existing skills and incorporating universal inclusion strategies that will benefit not only your Autistic and neurodivergent employees but will benefit your whole organization.
In this workshop, you will:
- Analyze different universal principles for an inclusive workplace
- Reflect on how optimizing existing skills and universal strategies fosters greater neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace
- Explore how to apply universal strategies for neurodiversity within your workplace (we will be using Miro to co-create to gather all the ideas into one place, the link will be provided during the workshop)
