Regular registration - $349 per person.

Additional Monday Night Banquet Tickets - $75 per person.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to a 5% GST (General Sales Tax).
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations before March 1, 2013, will receive a full refund less $75.00 (CDN$) administration fee.
- Cancellations received on or after March 1, 2013 will not receive a refund. No-shows will not be refunded.
