My name is Tammy MacDonald, I am a certified Chocolate Maker and Chocolatier specializing in the creation of delicious Bean-to-Bar Chocolate.
In 2018, amidst the cacao trees on Big Island of Hawaii, I was pulled into a new direction from my previous career of 13 years (a local fundraising event known as Hair Massacure).
Upon my return, my journey began with a Chocolate Making course, followed by a Chocolatier course, and an opportunity to study under Master Chef and Director of Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy Canada in Montreal.
I opened Au Chocolat in 2019 on my 53rd birthday, specializing in creating chocolate from 8 countries.
