The City of St. Albert is looking for talented and motivated individuals to develop and lead outdoor activities and games, loose parts play, and crafts in the two outdoor community drop-in programs run through July and August. The Imagination Station-Wagon and Crusin Clubhouse programs travel to different St. Albert parks providing drop-in play opportunities for the community.
We are seeking leaders who are interested in working outdoors and taking part in this program for 10 weeks in the summer (including 1 week of training). Leaders are paired together and responsible for planning and implementing the activities with the children.

• Completion of a minimum of one-year post-secondary education.
• Valid Class 5 drivers’ licence.
• Standard First Aid/CPR-C certification (would be required before position commences).
• Experience supervising and leading activities with children in an outdoor setting.
• Self motivated.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly and energetic with great communication skills.
Hours of Work:
Weekday shifts (up to 40 hours per week). Employment term is June 22 - August 28, 2020, including Canada Day.
$15.14 - $19.34 per hour.
The successful applicants will be required to obtain a clear vulnerable sector police information check.
