Server/Bartender

We are looking for experienced full time and part time servers to join our team at Buco Pizzeria + Vino Bar - St. Albert! Serving/bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants with supervising experience will also receive priority.

• Ensure all guests are attended to and served in a prompt, professional, efficient, and friendly manner
• Maintain a high level of service, as well as food, bar product, and recipe knowledge
• Ensure all products are prepared and served according to Buco specifications
• Practice the responsible selling and serving alcohol to patrons at all times
• Implement and promote upcoming and current specials and promotions
• Accountability and management of cash
• Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the dining room area
• Ensure Buco’s reputation for outstanding customer service, quality of food, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
• Promoting and up-selling of our products, in a positive, upbeat, respectful and professional manner
• Answer guest questions, concerns, and relay feedback and allergy concerns
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Must be bond-able and friendly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Responsible for handling cash and other payment information within the restaurant
• Open availability for days, on-call, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
• Attain ProServe Certification from AGLC’s website
• Attain All AGLC required Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
