Looking to hire office Administrator, tax preparation and Bookkeeping.
K&R TAXSERVICES looking for someone to help us with income tax preparation and office administration Seeking the following:
With prior experience and working knowledge with tax software DT Max, Simply accounting (Sage 50), Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
Detail oriented and Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meetings with a clients, answering phone, comfortable working with different complexities of tax returns (self-employment, rental properties, etc).
Job Types: Part-time, 25 per week -flexible working schedule, (opportunity for a full time employee)
Salary: Between $15.00 and $20 per hour
Experience and requirements:
* Minimum 2 year accounting bookkeeping diploma
* Min 2 year experience with Tax preparation
* Familiar with bookkeeping functionality
* office administration duties
* Fluency in English
