Responsibility:

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Oversee the daily operations ensuring that front desk meets hotel standards for maximum guest satisfaction.

Cover Front Desk shifts am/pm, week days/weekends and statutory holidays.

The Front Desk Agent ensures that the brand requirement goals such as Heartbeat Overall Satisfaction/Enrollments/Guest Loyalty/Service Recovery are met and are represented through each member of the team.

The Front office Agent leads by example and works together with the rest of the team when it comes to achieving ADR/Occupancy/RevPAR and Perfect fill goals in accordance to the budget outlined by the General Manager. Incentives are in place for the team to help achieve these goals.

Experience:

Customer Service experience required (min. 1 year)

Hotel – Front Desk Experience- preferred

Operation system: Opera experience preferred
