As with any paradigm shift\, this comes with both challenges and opportunities for businesses. Much of the emerging thought leadership on the true role of offices in the future of work has been accelerated as a result of the global pandemic. Fundamentally\, employers can no longer view workplaces as just places for work. Instead\, we need to focus on creating work environments that strengthen relationships\, build culture\, and unify people behind a common purpose. The longer teams work apart\, the more important a space to come together becomes. In this presentation\, we will share our research on the driving priorities for the future of workspaces and strategies for how businesses can best prepare to bring their teams back safely and effectively.\n\n\n\nNick Kazakoff\n\nPresident and Co-Founder\n\n\n\nNick Kazakoff is the President and Co-Founder of the award-winning Industrial Design Agency Onetwosix and the workplace furniture manufacturer Loop Phone Booths. A graduate from the University of Alberta's Industrial Design program\, Nick believes that good design elevates the human experience.
