Jun 24    The Business Growth Blueprint - The Modern Strategy for Scaling a Business in Today’s Economy

The Business Growth Blueprint

How to Create More Profit, More Time & More Momentum in Your Business

Most business owners don’t have a revenue problem.
They have a clarity, systems, leadership, and marketing problem.

They work harder every year… yet still feel overwhelmed, stuck in the day-to-day, frustrated with their team, and wondering why growth feels so difficult.

At the same time, many businesses are spending money on marketing without a clear strategy that consistently attracts the right customers and converts attention into profitable growth.

This presentation brings together two powerful perspectives that every growing business needs right now:

Laurie McNaughton – Scale Up Business Solutions

Laurie will share practical, real-world strategies that help business owners:

  • Free up time and reduce overwhelm
  • Build stronger, more accountable teams
  • Improve communication and leadership
  • Create systems that allow the business to scale
  • Increase profitability without burning out

With over 22 years of experience coaching business owners, Laurie has helped companies reduce chaos, improve accountability, and create healthier profitability while helping owners regain control of their business and life.

Mary LeBreton – Orthos Media

Mary will share how smart businesses are using modern marketing to:

  • Increase visibility and brand awareness
  • Attract better leads and ideal customers
  • Build trust online
  • Create marketing that actually converts
  • Stay relevant in today’s fast-changing digital world

You’ll walk away with practical insights, actionable strategies, and a clearer understanding of how leadership, systems, and marketing must work together to create sustainable business growth.

If you are a business owner who wants to:

  •  Grow without working more hours
  • Build momentum instead of constant stress
  • Improve profitability and team performance
  • Attract more of the right customers
  • Create a business that doesn’t depend on you for everything

…this is a presentation you do not want to miss.
